Haven't fully investigated but it appears to be a 3 for 1 script takeover. So for every 3 Clarity shares you will receive 1 Powerlan.
So there is an obvious increase in potential post acquisition selling. Put yourself in the position of a clarity shareholder.
come down from 20 - 7 range following. If clarity goes lower. Sell powerlan buy clarity. The risk is the acquisition doesn't proceed. You are stuck with Clarity.
