As far as I can see there is nothing wrong with his selling a couple of million shares,particularly as he sold prior to the positive announcement and also because he has (so I hear) put much of his own cash in to help the turn around .
It's hard to say that PWR is going places after their dismal fall from great heights,but it will only take a few positive moves (ie contracts) to push the share price to much higher levels (9-12c is quite possible).
If you are not happy with the potential of stocks that are possibly in recovery mode,try something solid like AMP! (now that must be safe)
