    Powerlan subsidiary signs Microsoft deal

    IT group Powerlan Ltd announced its subsidiary ConverterTechnology Corporation Pty Ltd had signed a license agreement in the United States with Microsoft Corporation.

    Under the deal ConverterTechnology will provide a limited number of licenses, training and support services for its OfficeConverter tool to Microsoft.

    The commercial terms of the License and Support Agreement are subject to a confidentiality clause.

    Sydney-based Powerlan is a software vendor which develops and implements IT solutions.
