have to disagree with this - you give the lawyers too much credit. the last cap raising was a pathetic 30% discount to fund the small scale mock up, and the reporting of it;s output is not listed.

the carrot is SWNT's, but the presentation uses only MWNT's and it looks like a 3 year iold drew the process chart.

I'd say this is for a retail cap raising - look for 7.5c, maybe as low as 7 cents.

the management don;t give me the impression at all that they are fishing for an insto given the poor quality of reporting and presentation.
