Thanx guys

I appreciate the feedback. Usually when you ask a pretty "dumb, basic" question on these forums you are yelled at and pilloried and told to get out there and DYOR.

Unless you are extremely smart [as opposed to smart-arse] it is hard to do too much meaningful research as a rank amateur so again my thanks.

It would be impossible to try and become very proficient at the inner workings of a diverse portfolio. I wouldn't know a coldry pellet from a chook pellet and same applies to my knowledge of the bios, insurances, oil, iron ore, satellite, or bank shares I have.

I never professed to invest on moral grounds, purely money making so that in some instances I can donate on moral grounds. Money is made to go round.

Hopefully ESI can dig itself out of the current malaise and get some meaningful runs on the board.
