In regards the topic of this post, does anybody here have any idea of the progress on this matter. Is it done and dusted or still up in the air.
Your (ex) BLR friend swiss now posting afar seems to be alluding to the whole deal falling through. He is also clearly alluding to an imminent demise of BLR due to this or whatever.

Any comments thoughts? Is he p...ing into the wind or actually onto something that has made him turn on BLR as he has?
