Interesting move provides Azgara with a TSX listing now you wonder if they will be content with a controlling interest in BLR or want to take out BLR.

IMO not a lot of sense having an interest (albeit a controlling one) in a ASX listed co with solely US assets when you could combine the two access the larger capital markets out of Toronto, also reduces overheads of not running the Australian entity. Full acquisition of BLR would give them a good resource base

Only hope that a premium is on offer for the BLR shareholders if thats the case!!
