    "Powertel will increase its shareholding above the 19.9% threshold soon and make a takeover bid for the whole of iiNet.

    The rumours go on to suggest that the current iiNet user base will be sold off to either SPT, or Amcom in exchange for their iiNet shares, (maybe AAPT) and Powertel will retain the ADSL2 infrastructure and sell the ports via their usual wholesale arrangements."
