    POWERTEL. Any one keen? Key shareholder Williams of the US is teetering on the brink of Chapter 11, and is reportedly keen to sell its stake. The CitiPower consortium is also an offeror.

    Powertel conceded a one-third writedown of its asset base on Tuesday, and there's said to be at least one player doing due diligence.

    it could be a chance for everyone who bought in the tech boom to get a little bit of money back.
