Nothing more that would suggest anything imminent.

If Aquila were trying to stitch up a deal before the end of the US tax year, they should have exited and /or announced last Monday.

You are right though, the deal is rather important to AMP Henderson, but has not yet been finally reached.

On a separate matter altogether, expect another ASX announcement in the morning.
