    Im tipping powertel are in there accumulating. They currently hold 17.4%* and could pick up another 3 million shares in order to get them to just under 20% or the trigger for a formal takeover.

    Powertel would also be aware any wholesale agreements in the wings of the likes of Netspace and adsl2+ which is likely to be announced soon.
