Hi All! IMO! POZ will probably slide towards 1.0 cent, unfortunately looks to be a typical penny dreadful perhaps dying a natural death, having done nothing more useful than prolonging the good life for the Board for a few more years. Badly run penny dreadfuls spend an excessive fraction of their budget on unproductive administration, squandering available cash, {we shall see in the next couple of years how POZ performs} . Difficult to believe that POZ is "worth" 15.6 cents, but if POZ could realise any where near 15.6cents they ought to take advantage of the fact. Unfortunately POZ have total control, minority share holders have no say in any outcome. Brierley's bid looked a tad opportunistic at 2.2 cents but, in hindsight may have been worth accepting. Brierley is no fool, and he clearly doesn't rate POZ very highly. A 15cent valuation is "pie in the sky" stuff. Does anybody believe that the Directors really think that POZ is worth 15.6cents a share? IMO! BOLTA!
