I don't agree simondj. No one person can single handedly cap a share price. Many investors are scalping RVR (buying in and out in short price fluctuations) which is a common trading technique. They do this with full knowledge they may miss the breakout. Most investors are holding for the medium-long term knowing a big re-rating and SP jump is imminent and that's before the mining even starts. RVR's aggressive exploration efforts which will expand the resource in conjunction with inevitable rise in the LME POZ makes the current SP look very low.
