16th April - Power Purchase deal between Tlou Energy and BPC. An agreement between the 2 entities has been reached. Tony Gilby said “Agreement of this PPA is a major step forward for Tlou and the company would like to express thanks to the BPC team for their assistance.”
And here we are - start of June and still wondering what is going on with the PPA. Where and when funding will arrive. From where it will arrive from. Will it arrive.
Ridiculous state of affairs if truth be told. Either the management team are fairly hopeless or Ministry /BPC / Govt are hopeless. Or both. But whichever way, it is surely hurting our prospects here. Money running out; country haemorrhaging on diamond revenues leading to much wider Budget deficit; political infighting; endless promises of progress towards revenues but never backed up with substance. Beyond disappointing really ...
