Based on last few ASX announcements - potential funders have completed their due diligence or nearing completion. Data sheets exchanged. Furthermore, likely contenders have been identified.

It all comes down to timing. Weeks have passed since those announcements so must be close. I suppose it is a matter of selecting the best funding deal for PAX.
