Thanks SBC. I concede that a lot of my conclusions would be better described as a "wishlist" than probable outcomes! That said, the potential injection of funds that may be invested through a PPC deal (albeit tied funds), particularly when you consider the small market cap of GBZ, imo considerably enhances both GBM's share value and capacity to borrow.
Anyway, it's all a bit academic really until we know for sure.
