CVD has been mostly positive since May. The buyers are there, and in larger numbers than the sellers. It's emotion driven liquidity that is missing. That includes fear on the sell side. Neither side know what they want to do - there's a 10% bid/ask spread today, and not a share has traded.
Given the stock fell over 95% from the high, its not unexpected to think there would be caution.
