Bingo, the rumour in the industry is that they tried. No one wanted it. The big PE owned companies have a freeze on at the moment and the smaller companies don't see the value in it.
The other rumour circulating is they are trying to get their hands on another OEM to strap together and list separately... This is just as bad for investors if the company doesn't have actual assets to back value
A director wants it for himself so possibly will get it for Nix and PPK will let it happen to save face.
