that is definitely good question. Just reading through articles. NASA’s relationship with BNNT LCC, dates back a long time, I think 2012.
and far as I read they were employed or partnered to commercialise BNNT.
now obviously they have not been able to do
this or to levels needed as BNNT LCC have not had any major announcements of anytime recently I can find.
so possibly PPK Deakin have sent samples to NASA, for 2 purposes 1 to show quality and 2 to bring it to there attention, that they are in a position to supply more than
any one has been able to any how only my thoughts DYOR
