Well all my buys at 1.21 and 1.24 and market price have all been declined by Commsec, so nothing I can do good luck if anyone else can.....
You need to be an SI or Fund before any kind of market manipulation can happen. it's in the ASX rulebook.
Rule 2.1 (a) Only SI and Funds can buy small prices of any stock whenever they want. Retail must be only allowed to buy within .05% of current price and volume over $5K
