Maybe lis gatting a licencing agreement would be enough if nanos are in the battery. Agree another cintract outside of lis would be needed. The merger will be interesting between wgl and bnnt, would be a good opportunity to reward holders under a special dividends like the lis distribution last year. This would give 2 years in a row of dividends and start building some trust.
