The PPKME shares were valued at 2.8c per share when they were issued as an in speccie div so a buyback at 13.5c isn't so bad, a lot better then you would have got leaving the money in the bank in the last 18 months. They're only buying back unmarketable parcels so under $500 worth and considering its unlikely to IPO on any exchange anytime soon the likelyhood of there becoming a market for is pretty low.
The only other way to sell them I see is selling to the Director through Finexia or wait for PPKME to get acquired by someone and you will get a premium to the 13.5c but pretty slim chance of it so why bother waiting around for something that's unlikely to happen. Might as well just take it as a larger div and move on.
