In their greedy rush, they probably didn't think of their gearing ratio.Maybe the lenders will take interest in more ways than one.Managements goal is to buy all the shares back for as little as possible and get rid of the pesky shareholders. This is just their latest attempt to do so after their earlier offers to buy back didn't get the results they wanted..
