Not sure if this thread will be allowed, but can we have one to keep everyone updated on the now demerged PPKME business.
I have been informed that the business transaction of purchasing VLI diesel being completed with PPKME taking full ownership mid next month including a large number of employees.
Does any one have any other information / update ?
Has anyone received any formal offers for the purchase of Shares?
Is there a way to receive notices like that of the ASX for the new company without owning shares?
