I haven't seen anyone talk about this as being a possible reason for "shifting" money around. Not sure whether the outcome from the trial has been finalised and whether PPK ME is being litigated by Anglo, but it is interesting nonetheless. I would imagine that the liability would remain with directors/executives that were at PPK ME at the time, but financial liabilities could still be "attached" to PPK ME, would be interesting to see if any directors/executives of PPK ME at the time are still with PPK ME or PPK.
