"I have been informed that the business transaction of purchasing VLI diesel being completed with PPKME taking full ownership mid next month including a large number of employees'.
I can confirm VLI agreements are solid by the end of July and it's all systems ahead to a future potential listing ASX (or otherwise).
Now it is demerged...this now should be filed under 'watch this space'...with the gloves off.
Not interested in Finixia - IMO better to wait for this company to now do what it has wanted to do for the last 12 months. Patience on this one and the HY and FY reports will be enlightening...although they will be the only reports that will be 'appropriately' informative and correct. Private company. CU in 12/18 months.
