Hi Pickem,
Abamectin is close to Ivermectin but it is different, Ivermectin is a synthetic Abamectin. Abamectin is an ant insecticide. There has been no studies on humans except for over dose cases.
Two studies to help with drug accumulation of Abermectin are :
Chromosonal Aberrations and Spermhead abnormalities induced by Abermectin. Salama et Al 199
Abamectin Extonet 1996. This tells us what happens to canines who were tested with it.
