We are done topping up. This could go either way. At this stage we are just writing 2015 off as part of the long process of getting this going but I think 2016 may be very much the same unless there is earth shattering news. Hopefully ongoing positive news plus the recent announcments regarding promotion to international investors will see our patience rewarded.
