    My argument is that you save and plan ahead for kids. People can afford it, they just choose credit cards, expensive car loans, and fancy home renovations to compete with their friends and neighbours. Women wouldn't have to work if inflation was kept under control by shrinking the welfare system in the first place and other government waste. Too many people having kids who shouldn't anyway. Maybe cutting the PPL would make people think more and learn how to be responsible. PPL, like most welfare creates a lazy society who feel they are entitled to everything.
