ppl fees

Here is an copy of my email to PPPL about fees they are planning to charge for the various projects.

Hi,
I am a grower in the 2003 eucalypts project, and have a question about fees.
All growers paid the same amount for management fees upfront. I believe that these fees were meant to be held in trust and that it is a criminal offense to take these funds out of such a trust. Asssuming that no criminal action was taken (excuse my naivety), the management fees required to complete the projects should be held in trust and should be available.
I have two questions:
1. If the fees are available, why are you planning to charge a different amount for each project?
2. If the fees are available and you are successful in becoming the RE, will you sue the directors for all they are worth and ensure that they pay dearly for taking these funds which were supposed to be held in trust?
