That is a silly statement to make. How can you possibly blame Tony if the Senate rejects the bill? The blame, rightly, would be with Senate opposition that rejects the bill.

You can only blame Tony if he openly declares that he will introduce such a bill BEFORE the election, which he has, and decides NOT to go ahead with the Bill, AFTER his Government is elected to govern the country. Under those circumstances, no excuse will suffice, not even if he finds that the Treasury Safe is bare (and we all know it will be, as it has been systematically looted by the fiscally ignorant and inept Federal ALP Government!).
