whew - very funny this thread - more lefties here than any other....
Yeh, the lefties haven't figured out that this is going to be Abbott's signature/legacy/mark on his term of office by hook or by crook, just as the GST was Howard's, any resistance will result in a double dissolution and if one has monitored Abbott character he will not hesitate to use it, this bloke does not bluff/flinch.
I don't see why the lefties are bitching about it, after all, are not they the ones that want us to keep up with the OECD countries, or is that only when it suits them.
