It's crystal clear that, if the Opposition does not allow Tony's legislation to be passed, the blame lies fair and square on it. Only a person who does not have a smidgin of logic in his brain, would even consider that the blame lies with Tony, rather than those who reject it.

And, this is not to be interpreted as an indication that I agree with his proposed Maternity Leave legislation. I do not.
