According to the Supreme Court Daily Lists, PPN's "application" to appeal the VCAT decision will be heard on Monday 30 May [Court 2, Ground Floor, 436 Lonsdale Street, Melb @ 10:30 am.]

This is an initial application only and more than likely a trial date will be set.

There was a VCAT decision in March 2010 where the same Senior Member allowed the Exford Hotel to keep its 24 hour licence. The Director of Liquor Licencing recently appealed this decision and the Supreme Court overturned it on 18th May 2011. This decision won't help PPN.
