Probably about right mad max.... if (and only if) Opec allows the US shale patch to recover.... that's the key really For me, it's with a view of a gamble with money that I may well lose.
Control of the outcome lies largely with regimes that have little or no interest in any success of US oil production and some that are intent on it failing.
