I plainly and simply say this about the trees
1/ I paid in advance
2/I own the trees
3/If there is a shortfall and someone wants them, fine pay me what I would expect$$$$
4/Corporation law or not it is theft and the contract is void if not forefilled
5/Only one offer counts and that is the trees are mine and the land is defaulted to me the client or investor
Any other deal about putting in money is not on by me ,the new entity needs to keep that in mind
