this is a fair question and one that is difficult to answer. I have thought about it too and my only real reason for believing it would be to say that if this stuff didn't work you surely would have seen at least 1 poster come on here and say "I had my injections and they did nothing" but all i hear is positive experiences. With the phase 2b results as good as they are and the SAS program plus now trialing the NFL players I think there is too much evidence of the positive effects of IPPS to think it could be a conspiracy from a handful of people and fake posts on hotcopper. That is my view anyway.
