Perhapse the changing financial climate means it no longer makes sense for the company to give away the medication? They don't get anything for the treatment, only the administering doctor does, it might be better, unfortunately, just to hold off supply until it's chargable? Especially as the demand will have just skyrocketed due to the cessation of elective surgery.....
