Yeh cheers mate,i have met her as well and found her genuine she phoned me back the next day to tell i wouldn't be eligible for the drug because of my allergies i accepted that no problems and you're explanation does sound more on the money, but it is frustrating for my mate that he dosen't have any direction from them that is all as he is in a ton of pain.
