PPS completed 12 injection course, page-58

Reading about the SAS participants here and I am actually in Sydney and suffer bi-lateral patellar femoral OA, with specialist advice that 2 x TKR will do the trick to fix my pain and limitations.

The pain of the lesions are the main issue for my type of activity level (a 57 year old professional firefighter with good fitness - yoga) and obviously why I have so much interest in Zilosul (other than being a shareholder).
The problem is obviously getting access to it and as some here have commented, the SAS is apparently a very long wait (up to 12 months) and my GP has little interest in getting involved (and specialists just laugh/scoff).

2 questions I ask please, if anyone can help at all :
- does anyone know of any doctors up here (Sydney) who have been through this process that I can use, I only see reference to Melbourne?
- assuming the SAS process is so long and drawn out, does anyone know whether once the provisional approval stage is completed for PAR (assuming it will) does the public get any immediate access, or is it also likely to be a drawn out process as well ?
