I think it is highly probable PPS will look to offload their o/seas platform business which I believe will be very attractive given the hot competition and consolidation going on on UK etc and PPS's respected tech platform there.
That will initiate a very strong bidding war for PPS here in Aus. The question in my mind is do the Aussie players wait for PPS to offload the o/seas business or do they make a pre-emptive strike.
Either scenario is highly likely in my opinion.
