Ords M are probably right about the $1.35 valuation but imagine what it would be worth to an existing player in the platform business in terms of synergy, creating a clear challenger market leading position. The takeover in Mainstream can show you how much these businesses can be worth on strategic grounds.
On this basis I think $1.35 is still very conservative and in the right situation could be worth well north of that in the hands of the right player.
