Philley This will dpend somewhat as to what state you are from. To receive my treatment in Victoria I emailed Paul Rennnie and Ravi Krishnan from Paradigm and was refered to Dr Phil Bloom at Sportsmed Biologic in Box Hill. After the initial consultation with Phil I applied for the drug based on X ray matertial, had an MRI scan performed, was advised by Phil that the PPS treatment would solve my problems in the medium term, had the course of injections (total cost abou $1250), had a follow up MRI about 6 weeks after the last injection which showed no Bone Marow Edema (cause of the pain) and I anm still walking some 12 kms each day some 18 months later.
