That is a huge percentage of the company. They obviously are very confident. The chart looks woeful at the moment. I'm very tempted to buy in on the next volume spike. Based on known fundamentals I think RCL is now fair value. Tech's got to improve and or at least show signs of a possible bottom and I'll be in.
