    Not on this forum - private conversations with forever missed Graham C. Writing was on the wall , growth by hubris in Europe, wrong business model and exit in same unrefined manner as in the acquisition. Just took longer than I expected but that only through selling the family jewels in US/Canada. Stick to markets you know rather than expand for vanity. Big is not beautiful
