    The announcement indicated the Australian businesses are 'insulated'. How that is possible I am not sure. Will be interesting to see what the pro-forma balance sheet looks as their divisional disclosures don't help too much. From the last reports it shows Europe with a book value of 216.6m and unallocated liabilities of 238.7m. If some of those liabilities relate to Europe (and are insulated) we have a chance of coming out with something
