Spot on novogenesis and I certainly wasn't aiming to distract investors. I think the old partners are long gone given that PPY doesn't talk about them anymore. But that may just be speculation on my part. Totally agree with you that the AGM motions be voted down until/unless current shareholders get the same deal. How can this (vote down the motion) be achieved?
