I totally agree... the idea that you can easily pick winners in this market is hard to believe... for everyone saying they "should have" brought xyz... there is an equal amount secretly saying glad I held on and sitting still... I wish people did not keep saying that... its like the houses they should have brought twenty years ago in Sydney!

If I knew a stock really well doing research in depth.... I would buy it for the long term... this is exactly why I am comfortable holding AVB now risk has been heavily mitigated...
