It is worth reading the last annual and in particular the auditors report. While hindsight suggests they gave away the company for a song etc they were facing very real possibility of bankruptcy/ capital raising last year. No one could have predicted NdPr prices would run up close to 100% from their bottom in less than a year. Definitely frustrating that they signed it just before the recovery though. MtK got the deal of the century ... amazes me they can only pull 11.25% return on the debt!
