With the recent days of low volume it would appear that any hostile takeover attempt is off the table...
As I understand the pricing agreement, there is a formula that provides a normalized "market price" for RE's sold based on a number of factors... I guess it is similar to a 45 day moving average eliminating market spikes and dips... If that's the case these recent price fluctuations, baring a complete price collapse should have little bearing on the company's operations and future plans...
Over the years we have seen challenges much more dire than the most recent Chinese price manipulation, I am sure we will face many more... It's kind of nice to sit back and watch the show unfold, I guess I don't mind the intermissions...
